County’s Administration. All persons administering this Contract on behalf of the County and described in this Paragraph 8.0 (hereinafter “County Personnel”) are identified in Exhibit E1 (County’s Administration) to this Contract. Unless otherwise specified, reference to each of the persons listed in such Exhibit E1 (County’s Administration) to this Contract, will also include any authorized designee. County will notify Contractor in writing of any change in the names and/or addresses of the persons listed in Exhibit E1 (County’s Administration) to this Contract. No member of the County is authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract other than those specifically authorized under Paragraph 10.0 (Change Notices and Amendments) below.

County’s Administration. The Contractor also shall promptly report to the County any injury or property damage accident or incident, including any injury to a Contractor employee occurring on County property, and any loss, disappearance, destruction, misuse, or theft of County property, monies or securities entrusted to the Contractor. The Contractor also shall promptly notify the County of any third party claim or suit filed against the Contractor or any of its Sub-Contractors which arises from or relates to this Contract, and could result in the filing of a claim or lawsuit against the Contractor and/or the County.
