County Standards. Where COUNTY wants to apply a specific set of standards to PROVIDER not contrary to state and federal regulations, the same are specified or are specifically referred to in this Agreement.

County Standards. The Developer will construct the Improvements according to the approved Site Improvements Plan, general industry standards, this Agreement, and applicable County regulations (the “County Standards”). The Developer shall instruct the contractor or construction manager to provide timely notice to the Developer, contractor, issuer of the Assurance and the County Engineer whenever an observation or related construction activity reveals that an Improvement does not conform to the County Standards or is otherwise defective.
County Standards. The county board of supervisors may impose additional standards as local conditions dictate, but the standards cannot be less stringent than those required by the provisions of this chapter.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • Property Standards Owner must maintain the Unit, and any common areas of the property accessible to the Tenant under the Lease, in decent, safe and sanitary condition and comply with all applicable state or local codes and requirements for rental properties. Upon notice by the Program Administrator following any inspection (whether conducted in-person or virtually in accordance with the Program guidelines), Owner will promptly correct any violations of Program requirements and this Contract. If the Owner fails to correct such violations, the Program Administrator may terminate this Contract and the Rental Assistance Payment even if the Tenant continues occupancy under the Lease.   • Health and Safety Standards Contractor shall abide by all health and safety standards set forth by the State of California and/or the County of Xxxxxx pursuant to the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. If applicable, Contractor must receive all health and safety information and training from County.

  • ETHICAL STANDARDS 10.7.1 Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Developer shall adopt written policies establishing ethical standards of conduct for all Developer-Related Entities (other than NTTA), including Developer’s supervisory and management personnel, in dealing with (a) TxDOT and the Independent Engineer and (b) employment relations. Such policy shall be subject to review and comment by TxDOT prior to adoption. Such policy shall include standards of ethical conduct concerning the following:

  • Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.

  • Applicable Standards The requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Content Standards You agree that you will not upload or provide content or otherwise post, transmit, distribute, or disseminate through the Zelle® Payment Service any material that: (1) is false, misleading, unlawful, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, abusive, or inflammatory; (2) encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or gives rise to civil liability; (3) breaches or infringes any duty toward or rights of any person or entity, including rights of publicity, privacy or intellectual property; (4) contains corrupted data or any other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files; (5) advertises products or services competitive with Zelle®, as determined by Zelle® in its sole discretion; or (6) in Zelle®’s or our sole judgment, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any person or entity from using or enjoying any portion of the Zelle® Payment Service, or which may expose us, Zelle® or our respective affiliates or customers to harm or liability of any nature.

  • Standards Any additions, modifications, or replacements made to a Party’s facilities shall be designed, constructed and operated in accordance with this Agreement, NYISO requirements and Good Utility Practice.
