County Response Sample Clauses

County Response. If the County does not respond to a grievance within the specified time limit for the Step, the grievance shall be deemed denied and may be appealed to the next Step within the applicable time limits. If a grievance is not presented or appealed to the next Step within the specified time limit, it shall be considered waived. The time limit at any Step may be extended by mutual agreement of the County and the employee or the Union.

County Response. After review of the employee’s response, if any, the County official initially imposing the intended disciplinary action and/or the County Manager shall notify the employee in writing of any action to be taken.
County Response. Where an employee responds to a Notice issued by the County, either in writing or orally, the County will have ten (10) working days from the date that the employee submits his or her response, either orally or in writing, to consider the employee’s arguments against the County’s proposed disciplinary action and to issue a written determination as to whether it agrees with the disciplinary action proposed within the Notice, or will instead impose another form of discipline.
County Response. The County shall respond to the review report to specify actions that will be taken by the County to address findings and recommendations in the review report. The County shall respond within thirty (30) days, but may request an extension of up to thirty (30) additional days with the due date determined by mutual agreement. The Department may require that review findings and recommendations be addressed through corrective action, up to and including termination of the Contract for cause.
County Response. The County shall respond in writing (the "County Response Notice") to the Owner's Notice of Intent to Transfer within thirty (30) days of County receipt of a complete Owner's Notice of Intent to Transfer that includes all of the information required under Section 7.1 above. The County Response Notice shall include an estimate of the payoff on the Proximity Housing Note (including payment of the outstanding principal on the Proximity Housing Loan, plus any Proximity Housing Share of Appreciation due under the Proximity Housing Note) that will become due on Transfer of the Home. The Owner acknowledges that the amount of the payoff on the Proximity Housing Note (including payment of the principal on the Proximity Housing Loan, plus any Proximity Housing Share of Appreciation) depends upon the actual sales price of the home and that the County's estimate, which will be based on the asking price for the Home, may understate the payoff on the Proximity Housing Note.
