County Property. Except as otherwise shown or specified, Work operations shall be confined to County property and shall not encroach on areas other than those designated or approved for such use by County. (See Article 3 – County, Paragraph 3.14. herein).

County Property. You acknowledge that you must return to the County all property of the County. For purposes of this paragraph, property of the County includes, but is not limited to keys, County credit cards, access cards, cell phones, equipment, books, supplies, computer programs, originals and copies of all County documents, including financial records and information, and any other materials, whether prepared by you or by others, but excludes anything owned by you individually.
County Property. Provider agrees that it shall be responsible for the proper custody and care of any property furnished to it by the County for use in connection with the performance of this contract and will reimburse the County for loss of, or damage to, such property. Any information, data, documents, studies, or reports given to or prepared or assembled by the Provider under this Agreement shall be kept confidential and not divulged or made available to any individual or organization without prior written approval of the County.
County Property. Any personal property such as, but not limited to, protective or safety devices, badges, identification cards, keys, etc., provided to Contractor by County pursuant to this Agreement are, and at the termination of this Agreement remain, the sole and exclusive property of County. Contractor will use reasonable care to protect, safeguard and maintain such items while they are in Contractor’s possession. Contractor will be financially responsible for any loss or damage to such items, partial or total, which is the result of Contractor’s negligence.
