County Project Director. Person designated by County with authority for County on contractual or administrative matters relating to this Contract that cannot be resolved by the County’s Project Manager.
County Project Director. County Project Director will be responsible for ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met and for overseeing the Contract in general. County Project Director will have the right at all times to inspect any and all Work provided by or on behalf of Contractor.

County Project Director. The responsibilities of County Project Director may include: ▪ ensuring that the objectives of this Master Agreement are met, and ▪ providing direction to Contractor in the areas relating to County policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements.
County Project Director and the duties of County Project Manager, enumerated in Paragraph 3.2 (County Project Manager), into one County position, and to assign all such duties to one individual who will act as County’s liaison in all matters relating to this Agreement. County will notify Contractor no later than five (5) days prior to exercising its rights pursuant to this Paragraph 3.4
County Project Director in County Project Director’s discretion, may grant Contractor extension of time in writing for the Work or deadlines listed in the Statement of work or otherwise in this Agreement provided that such extension shall not extend the Term of this Agreement.
County Project Director. DHS Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is designated as County Project Director with authority to resolve contractual and administrative matters relating to this Agreement. The County’s Project Director, or designee, is the approving authority for contractor work.
County Project Director or County Project Manager will schedule the background investigation with the Department’s Civilian Backgrounds Unit. The fees associated with the background investigation will be at the expense of Contractor, regardless if the member of Contractor’s personnel passes of fails the background investigation.
