County General Conditions. A. The City has requested the financial support of the County that is provided for in this Agreement in order to enable the City to provide affordable housing services. The County shall have no relationship whatsoever with the services provided, except the provision of financial support and the receipt of such reports as are provided for herein. To the extent, if at all, that any relationship to such services on the part of the County may be claimed or found to exist, the City shall be an independent contractor only.

County General Conditions. A. The County shall have no relationship whatsoever with the services provided, except the provision of financial support to the Subrecipient and the receipt of such reports as are provided for in this Interlocal Agreement. The County is responsible to ensure that all HUD statutes, regulations, and policies and procedures are adhered to.
County General Conditions. A. The County shall have no relationship whatsoever with the services provided by the Funds outlined in Exhibit “A” or funds awarded by HUD to the Subrecipient in the Fiscal Years thereafter, except for the coordination and submission of Consolidated Plans, Annual Action Plans, and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Reports, as required by HUD through the Integrated System for Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) for as long as the Subrecipient remains part of the HOME Consortium. The Subrecipient agrees to comply with planning and reporting deadlines imposed by HUD in order to allow timely submission of plans and reports.

  • General Conditions Costs Construction Manager is entitled to receive payment for the actual cost of the allowable General Conditions items incurred after receipt of a Notice to Proceed with Construction from the Owner through Substantial Completion of the Project plus thirty (30) calendar days. Construction Manager is not entitled to reimbursement for General Conditions Costs incurred before receipt of the Notice to Proceed. General Conditions Costs incurred after Substantial Completion must be approved in advance by the Owner. Allowable General Conditions items are identified below and by attached exhibit. These items shall be included in the General Conditions cost amount shown as a line item in the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal and as detailed on the schedule of values. Items not specifically included below or in the exhibit will not be allowed as a General Condition costs.

  • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

  • Inspections and Testing Each Interconnected Entity shall perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Interconnected Entity shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to request reasonable additional testing of an Interconnected Entity’s facilities for good cause, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Inspections and Tests 26.1 The Supplier shall at its own expense and at no cost to the Procuring Entity carry out all such tests and/or inspections of the Goods and Related Services as are specified in the SCC.
