County Funding. The County will be responsible for and pay any and all costs and expenses associated with performance under this Agreement. The County, however, does not have any funds appropriated for the performance of this Agreement, but contemplates operating and maintaining the Property in the manner in which the County operates and maintains other County green space. Further, the County is not obligated to appropriate funds now, or in the future, for any construction or maintenance of the Property, and all improvements to the Property are at the County's sole discretion.

County Funding. A. The County has delegated to the Health Services Director the discretion to transfer to the District an amount up to Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000). The only purpose for which these funds may be distributed to the District is to support ongoing operations of DMC. The funds may only be distributed between July 1, 2014, and December 31, 2014, and may be distributed in one or more installments. The funds will not be transferred to the District if the District is not in compliance with all provisions of this Agreement, including without limitation, Section 3.C. above.
County Funding. County’s total funding commitment under this Agreement shall not exceed $330,000, and shall be used solely for the acquisition of the Property and for no other purpose. County’s funding commitment under this Agreement is contingent on continued availability of sufficient eligible funding. All costs, fees, and expenses for acquisition and development of the Property as required under this Agreement beyond $330,000 are Grantee’s responsibility. Nothing shall make County liable for payment of any costs, fees, or monies in excess of the County Grant. The County Grant shall be made in a lump sum, and shall be deposited into the escrow for Grantee’s acquisition of the Property, contingent on satisfaction of the conditions of this Agreement. The County Grant will only be provided concurrent with Grantee’s acquisition of the Property and recordation of the Agreement Affecting Real Property (as required under Section 13 below) through escrow in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The acquisition of the Property shall occur through an escrow established with an escrow agent mutually acceptable to County and Grantee, and County shall provide written escrow instructions to the approved escrow agent with respect to the County Grant and this Agreement.
County Funding. Nothing in this Cooperative Agreement shall be construed to require the expenditure of COUNTY funds, except as specifically provided herein and authorized by the Governing Board of the COUNTY.
County Funding. Dauphin County, in its sole discretion, may appropriate funds to the Program from time to time. Nothing herein shall be construed to require Dauphin County to make appropriations, or to guarantee any level of appropriation, to the Program. The award of Program grants shall be made in the sole discretion and approval of the County Board of Commissioners, upon recommendation of its Planning Commission and the WREP Advisory Committee.
County Funding. If there is proposed funding from Dakota County or Xxxxx County which is to be satisfied from the annual property tax levy, such proposed funding shall not become the obligation of either county unless and until the respective county has agreed to the funding as part of the county’s annual budget and levy process pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 275.065. If there is proposed funding from Dakota County or Xxxxx County which is not to be satisfied from the annual property tax levy, such funding shall not become the obligation of either county until the respective county has agreed by resolution to the funding. Any proposed funding from Dakota County or Xxxxx County which has been included within the county’s levy or which has been approved by resolution of the Dakota County or Xxxxx County board of commissioners shall constitute an assessment against the county and shall be paid over to the VRWJPB pursuant to its terms, this Agreement, and as required by law.

County Funding. The County agrees to provide funding to Integral for the rehabilitation of the Xxxxxxx School building and construction of low-moderate income senior housing pursuant to SL 2005-172 and N.C.G.S. 153A-376(a)(1) in the amount of $1,500,000.
