County Approvals. The County hereby approves the following as depicted in the Site Layout Plan:
County Approvals. Except as otherwise indicated elsewhere in this Lease, wherever in this Lease approvals are required to be given or received by County, it is understood that the Airport Director, or a designee, is hereby empowered to act on behalf of County. Further, except as otherwise indicated elsewhere in this Lease, wherever in this Lease approvals are required to be given by the Airport Director, it is understood that the Airport Director may further delegate such authority, as appropriate.
County Approvals. Agency acknowledges that certain provisions in this Fleet Parking Sublease require County approval, and that the obligation of County to consider such matters and/or provide such approvals are set forth in the Surplus Ground Lease. Agency agrees in all such circumstances, and upon request of ISBA, to use its best efforts to cause County to comply with the terms of the Surplus Ground Lease and to respond to any requests for approval within the time frames set forth in the Surplus Ground Lease.
County Approvals. Failure by County, a County Consultant or any other Project Team member to provide an approval, decision or other information needed by Architect shall not constitute grounds for extension to the Architect’s Project Schedule unless such approval, decision or other information is not provided, without reasonable justification, within seven (7) Days after written request therefor by Architect delivered to the Project Team member from whom such approval, decision or other information is required, with a copy to County, stating that failure to provide such approval, decision or other information within seven (7) Days may or will result in Architect seeking an extension of the Architect’s Project Schedule on the grounds of Delay.
County Approvals. County shall promptly respond to Architect’s submittals and requests for decisions, approvals or information; provided, however, that no failure by County to respond shall entitle Architect to an adjustment of the Master Project Schedule or Architect’s Project Schedule except as permitted by Section 2.16, above. County’s review, approval or evaluation of Design Documents shall neither be interpreted as an assumption by County of any responsibility or liability for the technical accuracy or completeness of the Design Documents nor as relieving Architect of any liability or responsibility under this Agreement.
County Approvals. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer ---------------- shall, subject to the obligations of SJH hereunder and under the Assignment of Development Rights, at its own cost and expense, be responsible for submission of all materials and applications pertaining to construction of the Villas to the County and any other governmental authorities, including application for Final Development Plan approval and building permits and payment of all fees and charges imposed by any such authorities in connection with such permits and approvals. SJH Partnership shall cooperate with Buyer in the submission or the County approval process, at no expense to Buyer, including the submission of a PUD modification increasing the permissible building height to 65 feet.
County Approvals. Buyer shall, at its own cost and expense, be responsible for submission of all materials and applications pertaining to construction of the Project to St. Johnx Xxxnty and any other governmental authorities, including application for final development plan approval and building permits and payment of all fees and charges imposed by any such authorities in connection with such permits and approvals including, but not limited to, impact fees.
County Approvals. Use and development of the Property shall occur only in accordance with the County Approvals.
County Approvals. The County hereby agrees and consents to the County Engineer acting on behalf of the County to exercise its rights and perform its obligations as provided hereunder. The County Engineer, on behalf of the County, hereby agrees as follows:
