COUNTRIES COVERED. The Foreign Custody Manager shall be responsible for performing the delegated responsibilities defined below only with respect to the countries listed on Schedule A, which may be amended from time to time by the Foreign Custody Manager. Mandatory Securities Depositories are listed on Schedule B, which may be amended from time to time by the Foreign Custody Manager. Schedules A and B may also be amended in accordance with subsection F of Article 3.
