Counting Days. Days shall be counted by excluding the first day and including the last day. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday as described in Government Code Sections 6700-6701, it shall be excluded. Any act required by this Lease to be performed by a certain day shall be timely performed if completed before 5 p.m. local time on that date. If the day for performance of any obligation under this Lease is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the time for performance of that obligation shall be extended to 5 p.m. local time on the first following date that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
