Counterparts; Right to Counsel. This Agreement may be executed in a number of counterparts, and all executed counterparts together will constitute one and the same agreement. Any such execution may be of a facsimile copy hereof, and any signature transmitted to another party by facsimile will be valid and binding. Each party acknowledges that it has had the right to have this Agreement reviewed by separate and independent legal counsel of its choice prior to its execution of the same.

  • Counterparts; Governing Law This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
