Common use of Counterparts and Formal Date Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Formal Date. This Fourth Supplemental Indenture may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument and notwithstanding their date of execution shall be deemed to bear the date first above written.
