Common use of Counterparts and Formal Date Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Formal Date. This Indenture may be executed in several counterparts, each of which, when so executed shall be deemed to be an original, and such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument and notwithstanding their date of execution shall be deemed to bear date as of December 20, 2012.
