Common use of Counterparts and Delivery Clause in Contracts

Counterparts and Delivery. This Consent may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Consent may be delivered by facsimile transmission or electronically by email in portable document format (pdf) to the Lender to the facsimile number or email address provided in clause 7(a) and to the Debtor and Lessee to the following facsimile numbers or email addresses: Facsimile Email [Name of Debtor]: [Name of Lessee]
