COUNSELING OR TREATMENT. The District may require an Employee to successfully complete an approved drug or alcohol abuse assistance or rehabilitation program as a condition of continued employment when the District has verified evidence that the Employee has a problem with controlled substances or alcohol. This requirement shall be in addition to any other disciplinary action deemed warranted by the facts in a particular case, and the Employee shall provide the District with proof of participation in such a program within thirty (30) days of the District receiving notice of the Employee’s verified problem with controlled substances or alcohol. Failure to provide such notice may be grounds for immediate disciplinary action.

  • Protection, Treatment (1) Each Contracting Party shall protect within its State territory investments made in accordance with its national laws and regulations by investors of the other Contracting Party and shall not impair by unreasonable or discriminatory measures the management, maintenance, use, enjoyment, extension, sale or liquidation of such investments. In particular, each Contracting Party or its competent authorities shall issue the necessary authorisations mentioned in Article 2, paragraph (2) of this Agreement.

  • Medical Treatment Undersigned understands that the Released Parties do not have medical personnel available at the location of the activities. Undersigned hereby grants the Released Parties permission to administer first aid or to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary. Undersigned understands and agrees that any such action by the Released Parties shall be subject to the terms of this agreement and release, including any liability arising from the negligence of the Released Parties when administering first aid or authorizing others to do so. Undersigned understands and agrees that the Released Parties do not assume responsibility for any injury or damage which might arise out of or in connection with such authorized emergency medical treatment.

  • Treatment The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees to hold and treat Confidential Information given to it under this Agreement in confidence and under the terms and conditions of this Section 4.08, and will implement and maintain safeguards to further assure the confidentiality of the Confidential Information.   • Emergency Medical Treatment I grant the Releasees permission to authorize emergency medical treatment as they deem appropriate, and agree that such action by the Releasees shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. I understand and agree that the Releasees assume no responsibility for any injury or damage that might result from such emergency medical treatment.
