Council Members. The members of the Council shall be Counties and First Class Municipalities located within the following six county Region in South Dakota: Clay, Lincoln, McCook, Minnehaha, Xxxxxx, and Union (the “Region”). Furthermore, the membership shall consist of non-voting associate members and voting Executive Board members.

Council Members. 3.27 It is recognised that the involvement of Members of Torfaen County Borough Council throughout the replacement LDP preparation will be of key importance. Members have a unique position as not only do they represent the communities within their individual xxxx, they also represent public interest and are involved in decisions for the wider benefit of the County Borough as a whole. Accordingly, Members will play an essential role in the replacement LDP process by providing information to local residents, informing us of issues/opportunities within their local area and more fundamentally making decisions on matters affecting the Torfaen area as a whole.

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

  • Members (a) A Person shall be admitted as a Member and shall become bound by, and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement if such Person purchases or otherwise lawfully acquires any Share, and such Person shall become the Record Holder of such Share, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.   • Associate Members An Associate Member is any government or regulatory agency that has an interest in the development of oneM2M Technical Specifications and Technical Reports. The list of the Associate Members will be maintained by the Secretariat and visible to all oneM2M Participants.

  • New Members No person may be admitted as a member of the Company without the approval of the Member.

  • Additional Members One or more additional members may be admitted to the Company with the consent of the Member. Prior to the admission of any such additional members to the Company, the Member shall amend this Agreement to make such changes as the Member shall determine to reflect the fact that the Company shall have such additional members. Each additional member shall execute and deliver a supplement or counterpart to this Agreement, as necessary.

  • Committee Members See Section 3.5(a). -----------------

  • THE MEMBERS Members are the owners of the Company. Members are not entitled to compensation for services furnished to the Company in the Member’s capacity as a Member. The name and residential address of each Member is contained in Exhibit 1 attached to this Agreement. Each Member’s initial membership interest is the percentage set forth in Exhibit 1. An unauthorized transfer of a Member’s interest could create a substantial hardship for the Company. Consequently, the Members agree to the restrictions and procedures affecting the ownership and transfer of the Members’ interests as identified in Article VII. The Members acknowledge these restrictions are not intended to penalize, but rather are intended to protect and preserve the existing trust-based relationships, the Company’s capital, and the Company’s financial ability to continue its operations.

  • Bargaining Unit Members hired before July 1, 1995 Those Bargaining Unit Members whose current regular assigned work shift ends after 5:00 p.m. or commences before 7:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. and who are currently receiving a shift differential pay of five percent (5%) for time worked after 5:00 p.m. or before 7:30 a.m. shall continue to receive said differential.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.
