Common use of Costs Clause in Contracts

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial fees. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights including recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, and the Seller's attorney's fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights including recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, and the Seller's attorney's Sellers' attorneys' fees, shall be paid by the SellerCompany.

The Seller shall also pay those expenses of the Custodian related to the preparation of Trust Receipts and Certification in connection with the sale of the Mortgage Loans.

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen salesmen, the Custodian and the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesattorneys. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including without limitation recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, if any, and the Seller's ’s attorney's ’s fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including recording feeswithout limitation, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, continuations and the Seller's attorney's fees, shall be paid by the Seller. The Seller shall also pay those expenses of the Custodian related to the preparation of Trust Receipts and Certification in connection with the sale of the Mortgage Loans.

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and salesmen, the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesthe costs and expenses associated with the Custodian. The Seller shall be responsible for reasonable costs and expenses associated with any preparation of the assignments of mortgage. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, continuations and the Seller's attorney's attorney fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

Costs. The Purchaser Seller/Servicer shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesattorneys. All The Purchaser shall pay all other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights hereunder, including without limitation recording fees, the fees for title policy endorsements and continuationsexpenses of the custodian, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgageif any, and the Seller's Purchaser’s attorney's ’s fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesattorneys. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including without limitation recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, Mortgage (one time only) and the Seller's ’s attorney's ’s fees, shall be paid by the Seller. The Seller shall also pay certain expenses of the Custodian, including but not limited to, the Custodian’s preparation of trust receipts and certifications.

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesattorneys. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including without limitation recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, Mortgage and the Seller's ’s attorney's ’s fees, shall be paid by the Seller. The Seller shall also pay certain expenses of the Purchaser’s custodian, including but not limited to, the custodian’s preparation of trust receipts and certifications.

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesattorneys. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including without limitation recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, the fees of the Custodian and the Seller's ’s attorney's ’s fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including without limitation recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, Mortgage and the Seller's ’s attorney's ’s fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

Each party shall pay its own attorney's fees, shall be paid by the Sellerfees and expenses.

The applicable Seller shall pay for the physical delivery of the Mortgage Loan Documents to a location designated by the Purchaser, and custodial fees. All other all the costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, and the Seller's attorney's fees, shall be paid by the Sellerif required.

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesattorneys. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including recording feesfees for the Assignments of Mortgages, if the Purchaser elects to record them, initial MERS registration costs and transfer costs to the Purchaser as investor, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, continuations and the such Seller's attorney's fees, shall be paid by the applicable Seller.

All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans as provided herein and the Servicing Rights including recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, costs and fees for preparing and recording Assignments of Mortgage, and the Seller's attorney's fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

All The Purchaser shall pay all other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights hereunder, including without limitation recording fees, the fees for title policy endorsements and continuationsexpenses of the custodian, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgageif any, and the SellerPurchaser's attorney's fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, continuations and the Seller's ’s attorney's ’s fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and salesmen, the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesthe costs and expenses associated with the Custodian. The Seller shall be responsible for reasonable costs and expenses associated with any preparation and recording of the initial Assignments of Mortgage. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, continuations and the Seller's attorney's ’s attorney fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including initial recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, and Seller’s attorney fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, and the Seller's attorney's fees, shall be paid by the Seller.

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesattorneys. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights including recording feesLoans, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, continuations and the Seller's attorney's fees, shall be paid by the Seller, including recording fees for the Assignments of Mortgages up to a maximum of $25 per Mortgage Loan, if the Purchaser elects to record them.

Costs. The Purchaser shall pay any commissions due its salesmen and the legal fees and expenses of its attorneys and custodial feesattorneys. All other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the transfer and delivery of the Mortgage Loans and the Servicing Rights Loans, including recording fees, fees for title policy endorsements and continuations, continuations and fees for recording Assignments of Mortgage, Mortgage and the Seller's Sellers' attorney's fees, shall be paid by the SellerSellers.
