Costs of training. The costs of the training shall not be borne by the employee, with the exception of the costs of the materials and books required for the study.

Costs of training. 22.5.1 The Technology Partner shall be entitled to recover from the Government an amount of Rs 1,500 (Rupees one thousand five hundred) per day for each officer or engineer and Rs 1000(Rupees one thousand) per day per head for other staff, by way of a lump sum charge towards the cost of training at the Training Facility, including the faculty and training material. The travel, boarding and lodging expenses of all trainees shall be borne by the Government. For avoidance of doubt, this provision is not applicable for training of such staff who are provided to the Technology Partner to work under their supervision who shall be trained by the Technology Partner at their own cost.
