COSTS, EXPENSES AND DISBURSEMENTS. (a) In addition to the payments described in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 above, the Manager shall be reimbursed for (or, upon Manager's request, the Trust shall pay directly) all out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by the Manager in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder, including, without limitation, (i) all amounts paid for travel to and from the Properties, (ii) all fees and costs paid in connection with the business and operations of the Trust to Third Party Advisors (as defined in Section 4.1(a)) not directly paid for by the Trust; and (iii) the salary of the Trust's Chief Financial Officer for such time and at such amounts as mutually agreed upon by the Trust's Board and the Manager, but in no event shall the Trust pay such salary past March 31, 2001.

COSTS, EXPENSES AND DISBURSEMENTS. (a) In addition to the Fees, Manager shall be reimbursed for (or, upon Manager's request, the Owner shall pay directly), but only to the extent approved in advance by Owner and included in the Project Budget, all costs and expenses incurred or paid by the Manager in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder, for (i) travel to and from the Project, together with appurtenant meals and accommodations, and (ii) wages and benefits paid by Manager to employees of Manager (or Manager Affiliate(s), as hereinafter defined) located at the Project who perform Project functions. In addition, Manager shall be reimbursed by Owner for all costs and expenses incurred or paid by the Manager in connection with the leasing of office space at or in the vicinity of the Project unless Owner provides such office space to Manager at no charge. All reimbursements shall be made in accordance with the direct personnel rates projected in the Feasibility Study and shown in the Project Budget.

Special Contractor shall advance all litigation expenses and costs related to the Scope of Representation in this Contract (unless undertaken by the State of Nevada), including without limitation, the costs and expenses directly related to or associated with, any work performed, training, investigation, filing fees, discovery, obtaining and presenting evidence, experts, evidence, reports, testimony.   • Costs and Disbursements (a) Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, a Recipient of Services shall pay to the Provider of such Services a monthly fee for the Services (or category of Services, as applicable) (each fee constituting a “Service Charge” and, collectively, “Service Charges”) as listed on the Schedules hereto.

  • Fees, Expenses and Reimbursement (a) So long as the Administrator provides Administrative Services to the Company, it shall be entitled to receive reasonable and customary fees for such services as well as out-of-pocket expenses as may be agreed to by the Administrator and the Company pursuant to a separate written agreement.

  • Reimbursement of Costs and Expenses Seller shall have paid, or reimbursed Purchaser for, all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees of outside counsel and reasonable and due diligence fees, actually incurred by Purchaser in connection with the development, preparation and execution of this Agreement, the other Transaction Documents and any other documents prepared in connection herewith or therewith.
