Common use of COSTS, EXPENSES AND ATTORNEYS' FEES Clause in Contracts

COSTS, EXPENSES AND ATTORNEYS' FEES. Borrower shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (to include outside counsel fees and all allocated costs of Bank's in-house counsel if permitted by applicable law), incurred by Bank in connection with (a) negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and each of the Loan Documents, and (b) all other costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Bank for which Borrower is obligated to reimburse Bank in accordance with the Terms of the Loan Documents.

Borrower and Guarantors shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (to include outside counsel fees and all allocated costs of Bank's in-house counsel if permitted by applicable law), incurred by Bank in connection with (a) negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and each of the Loan Documents, and (b) all other costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Bank for which Borrower is and Guarantors are obligated to reimburse Bank in accordance with the Terms terms of the Loan Documents.

Borrower shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all payments, advances, charges, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (to include outside counsel fees and all allocated costs of Bank's in-house counsel if permitted by applicable lawcounsel), incurred by Bank in connection with (a) the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and each the other Loan Documents, Bank's continued administration hereof and thereof, and the preparation of any amendments and waivers hereto and thereto, (b) the enforcement of Bank's rights and/or the collection of any amounts which become due to Bank under any of the Loan Documents, and (b) all other costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Bank for which Borrower is obligated to reimburse Bank in accordance with the Terms of the Loan Documents.,

Borrower shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all reasonable and necessary costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (to include outside counsel fees and all allocated costs of Bank's in-house counsel if permitted by applicable law), incurred by Bank in connection with (a) negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and each of the Loan Documents, and (b) all other costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Bank for which Borrower is obligated to reimburse Bank in accordance with the Terms terms of the Loan Documents.

Borrower shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (to include for any outside counsel fees and all allocated costs of Bank's in-house counsel if permitted by applicable lawcounsel), actually incurred by Bank in connection with (a) negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and each of the Loan DocumentsDocuments executed concurrently with this Agreement, not to exceed $2,500.00, and (b) all other costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Bank for which Borrower is obligated to reimburse Bank in accordance with the Terms terms of the Loan Documents.

Borrower shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' ’ fees (to include outside counsel fees and all allocated costs of Bank's ’s in-house counsel if permitted by applicable lawcounsel), incurred by Bank in connection with (a) negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and each of the Loan Documents, and (b) all other costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Bank for which Borrower is obligated to reimburse Bank in accordance with the Terms of the Loan DocumentsBank’s continued administration and/or amendment thereof.

Borrower shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (which fees, exclusive of costs, are limited to include outside counsel Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) with respect to attorneys' fees and all allocated costs associated with the initial documentation of Bank's in-house counsel if permitted by applicable lawthe Loan), incurred by Bank in connection with (a) negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and each of the Loan Documents, and (b) all other costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Bank for which Borrower is obligated to reimburse Bank in accordance with the Terms terms of the Loan Documents.

Borrower shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (to include outside counsel fees and all allocated costs of Bank's in-house counsel if permitted by applicable law), incurred by Bank in connection with (a) negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and each of the Loan DocumentsDocuments (not to exceed Eighteen Thousand Dollars [$18,000] plus expenses with respect to fees), and (b) all other costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Bank for which Borrower is obligated to reimburse Bank in accordance with the Terms of the Loan DocumentsBank's continued administration thereof.

COSTS, EXPENSES AND ATTORNEYS' FEES. Borrower Debtor shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand the full amount of all payments, advances, charges, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees (to include outside counsel fees and all allocated costs of Bank's in-house counsel if permitted by applicable lawcounsel), expended or incurred by Bank in connection with (a) negotiation and preparation of exercising any right, power, privilege or remedy conferred by this Agreement or in the enforcement thereof, whether incurred at the trial or appellate level, in an arbitration proceeding or otherwise, and each including any of the Loan Documents, and (b) all other costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Bank for which Borrower is obligated to reimburse Bank in accordance with the Terms of the Loan Documents.foregoing
