Common use of Costs and Expenses of the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Costs and Expenses of the Administrative Agent. The Borrower shall pay on demand all actual and reasonable, documented, out-of-pocket costs and expenses of the Administrative Agent and all reasonable, out-of-pocket and documented fees, expenses and disbursements of counsel to the Administrative Agent in connection with the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement and any document, instrument or agreement delivered pursuant to this Agreement, to the extent required pursuant to subsection 10.2 of the Credit Agreement.

Costs and Expenses of the Administrative Agent. The Borrower shall pay on demand all actual and reasonable, documented, reasonable out-of-pocket and documented costs and expenses of the Administrative Agent and all reasonable, out-of-pocket and documented (including the reasonable fees, costs and expenses and disbursements of counsel to the Administrative Agent Agent) incurred in connection with the negotiationpreparation, preparation execution and execution delivery of this Agreement and any document, instrument or agreement delivered pursuant to this Agreement, but only to the extent required pursuant to subsection 10.2 Section 11.3 of the Credit Agreement.

Costs and Expenses of the Administrative Agent. (a) The Borrower Credit Parties shall pay from time to time on demand all actual and reasonable, documented, out-of-pocket costs and expenses Costs of the Administrative Agent Collection and all reasonablereasonable costs, out-of-pocket and documented feesexpenses, expenses and disbursements of counsel to (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) which are incurred by the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation, negotiation, preparation execution, delivery, administration, interpretation, amendment, modification and execution enforcement of this Agreement and of any documentother Loan Documents, instrument and all other reasonable costs, expenses, and disbursements which may be incurred connection with or agreement delivered pursuant to this Agreement, in respect to the extent required pursuant credit facility contemplated hereby or which otherwise are incurred with respect to subsection 10.2 of the Credit AgreementLiabilities.
