Cost Statements. II.19.1. The partners shall submit cost statements expressed in national currency and in Euro in the format specified in Annex III. Any conversion of actual costs into Euros shall be made at the daily rate published in the Official Journal of the European Union or, failing that, at the monthly accounting rate established by the Commission and published on its website: xxxx://xx.xxxxxx.xx/budget/inforeuro/index.cfm?fuseaction=home&SearchField=&Period= 2006-5&Delim=,&Language=en applicable on the day when the payment order is issued by the Agency, unless specific provisions are laid down for the purpose in the Special Conditions in a specific agreement. No account shall be taken of exchange gains or losses between the issue of the cost statement and the receipt of any payment. Cost statements, including the integrated cost statement, shall be submitted to the Agency within two months of the end of the period covered by the cost statement. The final cost statement, including the integrated cost statement, shall be submitted to the Agency within two months of the end of the duration of the work programme. The Agency reserves the right to withhold part or, exceptionally, all of the payment of the Agency financial contribution in case of failure to submit a cost statement or other work programme deliverable.

Cost Statements. 21.1 Cost statement summaries shall be expressed in national currency and in European Currency Units (ECU) unless otherwise specified in the contract. The conversion rate to ECU for cost statements and payments shall be the rate published by the Commission for budget execution7 and valid for the first working day of the month following the end of the period for the relevant cost statement. No account shall be taken of exchange gains or losses between the issue of the cost statement and the receipt of any payment.
Cost Statements. After all applicable Basic Conditions Precedent in Article A-3 are met, the State will disburse the whole or portions of the grant commitment to the Local Public Entity following receipt from the Local Public Entity of a detailed invoice of eligible feasibility study costs. This invoice shall identify the Work Plan task or tasks worked on, as well as the total hours charged by the Local Public Entity staff and all subcontractor costs. Requests for state funds shall be filed at least quarterly, but not more often than monthly. After the Feasibility Study has been completed or terminated, the Local Public Entity shall furnish a final statement of incurred Eligible Feasibility Study Costs and disposition of funds disbursed.
Cost Statements. A confidential statement of gross revenue and fees for the services provided under this Contract shall be prepared by the Contractor in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for each month during the term of this Contract. The cost statements shall be submitted forty-five (45) days after the reported month. The City shall assign the Contractor the appropriate disposal credits issued to the City by Solid Waste Authority. The City shall utilize its best efforts to maintain the confidentiality of these reports.

  • Operating Statements In the case of each Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgage or another Mortgage Loan document requires the related Mortgagor, in some cases at the request of the lender, to provide the holder of such Mortgage Loan with at least quarterly operating statements and rent rolls (if there is more than one tenant) for the related Mortgaged Property and annual financial statements of the related Mortgagor, and with such other information as may be required therein.

  • Interim Statements As soon as available, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the end of each month, Borrower’s balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the period ended, prepared by Borrower.

  • Monthly Statements Each month we will send you a statement showing purchases, cash advances, payments, and credits made to your Account during the billing cycle, as well as your “New Balance”, any Finance Charge and any late charges. If Tenant fails to respond within ten (10) Business Days of its receipt of a written request by Landlord as provided in this paragraph 4.18, such shall be a breach of this Lease and Tenant shall be deemed to have admitted the accuracy of any information supplied by Landlord to a prospective purchaser, mortgagee or assignee. In addition, Tenant shall, from time to time, but not more than once in any twelve (12) month period (except if the Landlord is then attempting to sell or refinance the Building or if an Event of Default then exists) upon the written request of Landlord, deliver to or cause to be delivered to Landlord or its designee then current financial statements (including a statement of operations and balance sheet and statement of cash flows) certified as accurate and prepared in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles for (i) Tenant, (ii) any entity which owns a controlling interest in Tenant, (iii) any successor entity to Tenant by merger or operation of law, and (iv) any guarantor of this Lease.
