Cost Sharing Agreement. Buyer acknowledges that Seller has assumed certain obligations under that certain Paradise Valley Infrastructure Cost Sharing Agreement dated October 20, 1989 ("Cost Sharing Agreement") with Arcadia Homes and Winncrest Development. This Cost Sharing Agreement provides for the completion of all infrastructure, common amenities, landscaping and other similar items on parcels at the Paradise Valley project. Seller shall remain responsible for completion of its responsibilities under the Cost Sharing Agreement with respect to the Property. Buyer covenants and agrees (i) to cooperate in, and not to interfere with, the full and complete implementation of the Cost Sharing Agreement and (ii) to supply Seller with any information on actual or estimated costs of improvements as may be requested and required by Seller for reporting purposes under the Cost Sharing Agreement. 6.10

Cost Sharing Agreement. The Company and FS-ISAC shall as promptly as practicable after the date hereof determine the nature, scope and other terms of the support to be provided by FS-ISAC to the Company and shall enter into an agreement setting forth the partiesrespective obligations. FS-ISAC and the Company agree that the support FS-ISAC shall provide to the Company shall include (i) employment and compensation of all personnel and related matters (including payroll and provision of benefits) allocated to Company, (ii) Member administration (including new Member enrollment, billing and collection of dues), (iii) public and media relations, (iv) general administrative functions, (v) information technology and technology infrastructure, (vi) facilities and (vii) such other support as is agreed to between FS-ISAC and the Company.
Cost Sharing Agreement. The review of this agreement is limited because the Joint Powers Agreement between the various member municipalities establishing the Clean Power Coalition of New Hampshire requires that Cost Sharing Agreements be uniform between the members to the extent possible (dependent on the product election made by the municipality).
