Cost of the Program. The total cost of the Program is estimated to be the equivalent of fifty million dollars of the United States of America (US$50,000,000). Unless otherwise stated in this Contract, the term “dollars” hereinafter signifies the currency of legal tender in the United States of America.

Cost of the Program. Alcon shall bear all costs and expenses in connection with the Program. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice therefore, Alcon shall reimburse Pharmacyclics for agreed upon direct expenses incurred by Pharmacyclics in connection with the Program, including, but not limited to, Pharmacyclics' direct cost to supply Devices and, as more fully described in Section 2.4, PCI-0123 Substance and PCI-0123 Formulation.
Cost of the Program. All charges due must be paid when billed by Xxxxx University’s International Center, or its agents, and participants are responsible for the timely payment of all other charges incurred by them or on their behalf during the Program. Cost of the Program. The total cost of the Program is estimated to be the equivalent sixty four million five hundred seventy three thousand Dollars of the United States of America (US$64,573,000). This cost includes, in addition to the resources mentioned in Section 1.02, thirty-seven million six hundred forty-one thousand seven hundred fifty Dollars (US$37,641,750), chargeable to the resources of Loans 3238/OC-GY and 3239/XX-XX. Unless otherwise stated in this Contract, the term “Dollars” hereinafter signifies the currency of legal tender in the United States of America.
Cost of the Program. GEXCO will bear all costs and expenses associated with the Program. Each Party will be responsible for its own costs and expenses related to participation on the Committee, which costs and expenses will not be included in determining the Total Program Cost (as defined below).

  • COST OF THE WORK § 6.1 For purposes of this Agreement, the Cost of the Work shall be the total cost to the Owner to construct all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect and shall include contractors’ general conditions costs, overhead and profit. The Cost of the Work also includes the reasonable value of labor, materials, and equipment, donated to, or otherwise furnished by, the Owner. The Cost of the Work does not include the compensation of the Architect; the costs of the land, rights-of-way, financing, or contingencies for changes in the Work; or other costs that are the responsibility of the Owner.
