Cost of Tendering. 9.1 The Tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its Tender, in relation to this Primary Procurement process, (and if successful any Secondary Procurement process) and KPLC shall not be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the Tendering process.
