Cost of Shipment. When required, Xxxxxxxx Camera shall arrange for shipment of rental equipment to Customer and any and all shipment costs incurred by Xxxxxxxx Camera shall be a charge included against Customer’s account.
Cost of Shipment. When required, LESS shall arrange for shipment of rental equipment to Customer and any and all shipment costs incurred by LESS shall be a charge included against Customer’s account.

For Defective Products requiring repair pursuant to the terms of this Limited Warranty within the first thirty (30) days of the Service Period, Horizon will pay all reasonable and actual costs and bear the risk of loss associated with shipping the Defective Products to and from the customer location and the Horizon designated repair facility. For Defective Products requiring repair after the first thirty (30) days of the Service Period, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and risks of loss to and from the customer location and the Horizon designated repair facility.
