Cost of Service. Consumer customers are not charged fees for the Service itself or to enroll. A consumer may, however, choose to expedite a particular payment for a fee that will be disclosed at the time of the request but prior to submitting that request. If we decide to begin charging for the Service, or any other fee, we will provide you with prior notice. Business customers will be charged the fees set forth in the fee schedule included in or supplementing their business online banking agreement or deposit account agreement. A fee also applies for any request to expedite a payment using the Service.
Cost of Service. Provider shall bill Client monthly at a tiered rate depending on quantity of agents as of each billing date. Onboarding Fees equal to one month’s service for new items shall be due upon each Onboarding Period, although waived if selected term within this agreement is six months. Pricing in accordance to the related quote.
Cost of Service. Economic value determined by the aggregation of the actual costs incurred in producing or providing a product. The cost-of-service formulation to be applied under the terms of this Agreement is set forth in Exhibit A.
Cost of Service. The Settling Parties agree that Unitil shall employ the “Basic Customer” classification method in its next base distribution rate case to apportion distribution costs as part of its cost of service study. The Settling Parties further agree that the Company is not precluded from also presenting the “Minimum System Method” or any other classification methodology in its next base distribution rate case, nor is the Company precluded from advocating for a classification methodology different from the “Basic Customer” classification methodology in its next base distribution rate case.
Cost of Service. Oncor will provide the Operations Services, pursuant to Section 3 of the Agreement, at cost, without a xxxx-up or profit, and will be no higher than the fees Oncor charges to its other Affiliates as defined by PURA and PUCT rules, or the fees Oncor would charge to third parties. Any assigned costs associated with the Operations Services will be assigned to SU on a basis consistent with PUCT rules and precedent. In addition, Oncor will provide support to SU related to SU’s recovery of all costs associated with the Operations Services. Such support shall include, but not be limited to: • preparing and providing invoices and other cost information detailing the costs of services; • preparing and providing operational data reasonably necessary for regulatory filings and proceedings; and • testimony and any related support documentation for any reasonably necessary regulatory filings or proceedings, including but not limited to base-rate case proceedings and interim transmission cost of service filings.
Cost of Service. A. United shall bear all costs of providing the service described and provided for in this Agreement, including by way of illustration but not by way of limitation, the costs of all required aircraft, equipment and facilities (including facilities for ticketing, baggage handling, and like services); personnel; ground costs, including landing fees and use charges; credit card commissions; travel agent commissions; deicing; and fuel ferrying. Guarantor shall waive any and all landing fees and facility rents and other charges for the Term of this Agreement, to the extent attributable to the COU Flights. For the avoidance of doubt, if United operates flights to and from COU in addition to the COU Flights, the waiver of landing fees provided herein shall apply only to the COU Flights and, the waiver of facility rents and other charges will be reduced in proportion to the number of flights attributable to the COU Flights.
Cost of Service. If Unitil presents a cost of service study utilizing the “Minimum System Method” in its next base distribution rate case, the Company shall also present, as an alternative, an allocation of distribution mains on a demand-only basis.
Cost of Service. 1.1 PRS shall charge a collection commission of 25% plus VAT (hereinafter referred to as “the commission”) on amounts collected either by them or received by the client in respect of debts handed over to PRS for collection by the client. The above service will be rendered on a NO COLLECTION, NO CHARGE basis.

Cost of Service. The cost of the service to be provided by CONTRACTOR under this agreement shall be as described in CONTRACTOR’S response contained in Attachment A of this agreement. Such cost shall remain in effect throughout the contract term described in Section 3.1.
