Cost of Lodging and Meals. The County shall reimburse the actual cost of lodging and meals on an actual cost basis. Except in the case of an emergency, the employee shall receive prior approval for all anticipated expenses. In order to receive reimbursement, a receipt must be provided for all expenses. The employer reserves the right to deny expense claims for such things as personal gifts, alcohol, entertainment or excessive expenses.

  • Lodging and Meal Expenses 1. Employees in travel status in the performance of their duties shall be entitled to expenses of necessary lodging and/or meals as provided for in Section 40 of the Manual of Financial Procedures, Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy. Nothing contained in this Article shall be deemed to alter the present State policy prohibiting reimbursement for noon meals unless the meal is part of an organized meeting or program or overnight travel.

  • Facility Maintenance Seller shall perform, or cause to be performed, all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required on the Facilities in order to meet the Warranty Specifications and Performance Standards. In that regard, Seller’s responsibilities hereunder shall include, without limitation, promptly correcting any Bloom System or BOF malfunctions, either by (i) recalibrating or resetting the malfunctioning Bloom System or BOF, or (ii) subject to Section 5.7(b), repairing or replacing Bloom System or BOF components which are defective, damaged, worn or otherwise in need of repair or replacement.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00).   • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.
