Common use of Cost of Living Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Cost of Living Adjustment. Effective December 1, 2011, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by one and one-half percent (1.5%) to be paid January 1, 2012. Effective December 1, 2012, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by one and forty-five hundredths percent (1.45%) to be paid January 1, 2013.

Cost of Living Adjustment. Effective December July 1, 20112019 all pay rates shall be increased by two and fifteen hundredths percent (2.15%). If the bargaining unit ratifies after September 1, Compensation Plan 2019, the compensation plan increase will not go into effect until the first (1st) of the month following the date of ratification. Effective October 1, 2020 compensation plan salary rates shall be increased by one and one-half three percent (1.53%) to be paid January 1, 2012. Effective December 1, 2012, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by one and forty-five hundredths percent (1.45%) to be paid January 1, 2013).
