Cost of Inspection. In addition to the remedies set forth in Clauses 12.1.4.1 and 12.1.4.2, the Seller will reimburse the direct labor costs incurred by the Buyer in performing inspections of the Aircraft to determine whether or not a defect exists in any Warranted Part within the Warranty Period subject to the following conditions:
Cost of Inspection. If You provide a notice of a defect or suspected defect and Our inspection of the CPE reveals no defect, the direct and indirect costs and expenses associated with such inspection will paid by You as an additional charge.
Cost of Inspection. Buyer shall bear the cost of any inspections or studies undertaken. Buyer shall indemnify and hold Seller free and harmless from all claims and liability with respect to such physical inspection or study or any costs arising in connection with respect to such physical inspection or study or any costs arising in connection with the same prior to the Closing herein except to the extent any claim or liability arises from the willful misconduct or gross negligence of Seller, or their agents, contractors, or employees. Buyer shall repair any damages to the Property caused by such inspection or study, and shall otherwise restore the Property to substantially the condition which existed prior to conduct of the same.
Cost of Inspection. NSi’s cost of inspections under clause 7.5 will be borne by NSi unless an inspection shows that any amounts due to NSi under this Agreement have been understated by [ * ] or more, in which case the cost of that inspection will be payable by the Licensee.
Cost of Inspection. The Licensee’s cost of inspections under clause 4.7 will be borne by the Licensee unless an inspection shows that any amounts due to the Licensee under this Agreement have been understated by [ * ] or more, in which case the cost of that inspection will be payable by NSi.
Cost of Inspection. The cost of any inspection inclusive of copies to be made contemplated in terms of this clause shall be for the account of the Contract Owner unless any material irregularity or failure on the part of the Contractor is determined and proven by the Contract Owner in the course of such inspection.

Buyer shall repair any damages to the Property caused by such inspection or study, and shall otherwise restore the Property to substantially the condition which existed prior to conduct of the same; provided, however, that Buyer shall have no obligation to repair any damage caused by the acts or omissions of Seller, its agents or representatives or to remediate, contain, xxxxx or control any pre-existing condition of the Property which existed prior to Buyer’s entry thereon.
Cost of Inspection. All the costs associated with the inspection of prototype bus and other buses at Bus Operator’s premises and at Bhubaneswar, including travelling and conveyance expenses of representatives of the Authority shall be borne by the Bus Operator.
Cost of Inspection. [***] set forth in Clauses 12.1.4.1 and 12.1.4.2, the Seller [***] in any Warranted Part within the Warranty Period subject to the following conditions:
Cost of Inspection. Such inspection shall be at the expense of Licensor, unless an error of more than [**] percent [**] in the amount of royalties owed for any given calendar quarter is discovered in the course of any such inspection, whereupon all inspection costs shall be paid by Licensee.
