Cost Breakdown. When the Modification is proposed, the Contractor shall furnish a complete breakdown of actual costs of both credits and extras, itemizing materials, labor, taxes, overhead and profit. Cost Breakdown. Prior to submitting Contractor’s first request for payment, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Project Manager and District a cost breakdown (schedule of values) showing the major work items for each trade or operation required in construction of the Project. Cost Breakdown. (a) Bank shall make disbursements of the Loan based on a detailed breakdown in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (“cost breakdown”) of construction, financing and other development costs.
