Common use of Corrupt or Fraudulent Practices Clause in Contracts

Corrupt or Fraudulent Practices. 34.1 The Employer will reject a proposal for award if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices in competing for the contract in question and will declare the firm ineligible, either indefinitely or a for a stated period of time, to be awarded a contract with National Highways Authority of India/ State PWD and any other agencies, if it at any time determines that the firm has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices in competing for the contractor, or in execution.
