Common use of CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS Clause in Contracts

CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS. 8.01 (a) All correspondence between the parties hereto arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass to and from the Human Resources Manager and the Chairperson of the Durham Catholic District School Board Unit of CUPE with copies sent to the Controller of Plant and to the Recording Secretary of the Local Union.
