The Contractor hereby specifically acknowledges and declares that the Contract Documents are full and complete, are sufficient to have enabled the Contractor to determine the cost of the Work therein in order to enter into the Contract and that the Drawings, the Specifications, and all Addenda, are sufficient to enable it to construct the Work outlined therein in accordance with applicable laws, statutes, building codes and regulations, and otherwise to fulfill all its obligations hereunder. The Contractor further acknowledges that it has visited the site, examined all conditions affecting the Work, is fully familiar with all of the conditions thereof and affecting the same, and, having carefully examined all Drawings, Specifications and documents. The Contractor shall not be responsible for any discrepancies or omissions in the Drawings and Specifications, except to the extent that the Contractor is aware of, or should be aware of such discrepancies.
