Corrective Maintenance Services. (a) The Supplier will provide corrective maintenance Services for the Product when requested by UoA during the hours described in [Schedule B, clause 7.1]. In addition, the Contractor will have available the parts required to make the necessary repairs to the assets. For the avoidance of doubt, any repairs requested by the Contracting Party for the replacement of equipment or for other services not specifically defined as the Services will be Maintenance Costs outside the services and governed by Clause 2.3 of the Agreement.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.
