Corrective Action Plan. 35 A. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for meeting all programmatic and administrative 36 contracted objectives and requirements as indicated in this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall be subject 37 to the issuance of a CAP for the failure to perform to the level of contracted objectives, continuing to not 1 meet goals and expectations, and/or for non-compliance. If CAPs are not completed within an 2 acceptable timeframe as determined by ADMINISTRATOR notice, ADMINISTRATOR reserves the 3 right to reduce and/or withhold payments until such time as the CAP is resolved to the satisfaction of the 4 ADMINISTRATOR.
