Correction Limits. A Market Participant may not assert a claim for an adjustment in billing as a result of a meter error for any error discovered more than two years after the date on which the metering occurred. Any claim for an adjustment in billing as a result of a meter error shall be limited to bills for transactions occurring in the most recent annual accounting period of the billing Market Participant in which the meter error occurred, and the prior annual accounting period.

  • Concentration Limits After giving effect to the Issuer’s acquisition of Railcars in connection with issuing a Series of Equipment Notes on the applicable Closing Date, the Portfolio complies with all Concentration Limits.

  • Corrective Allocations In the event of any allocation of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items or any Book-Down Event or any recognition of a Net Termination Loss, the following rules shall apply:

  • Loss Allocation Limitation No allocation of Net Loss (or items thereof) shall be made to any Holder to the extent that such allocation would create or increase an Adjusted Capital Account Deficit with respect to such Holder.

  • ALTERATIONS - ADDITIONS The LESSEE shall not make structural alterations or additions to the leased premises, but may make non-structural alterations provided the LESSOR consents thereto in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. All such allowed alterations shall be at LESSEE's expense and shall be in quality at least equal to the present construction. Any alterations or improvements made by the LESSEE shall become the property of the LESSOR at the termination of occupancy as provided herein.

  • Corrective Action Plan Within fifteen (15) Business Days following the establishment of the Joint Remediation Committee, the Purchasers, in consultation with the Sellers, shall prepare and submit to the Joint Remediation Committee an initial draft of the Corrective Action Plan. The parties shall work in good faith through the Joint Remediation Committee to finalize the Corrective Action Plan within fifteen (15) Business Days of the Purchasers’ submission of the initial draft of the Correct Action Plan. At the end of such period, if the Sellers reasonably determine that the Corrective Action Plan proposed by the Purchasers (as may be modified over the course of such period) would not reasonably be expected to satisfactorily address the Major Default, then the Sellers may escalate the issue to the Head of Commercial Capital (or equivalent leader of any successor business unit) of the Seller Group and the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Assets Purchaser (the “Senior Executives”) and the Senior Executives shall work collaboratively (including with the Joint Remediation Committee) to develop a mutually agreeable Corrective Action Plan within fifteen (15) Business Days.

  • Distribution Limitation Notwithstanding any other provision in this Article 5, the General Partner shall have the power, in its reasonable discretion, to adjust the distributions to the Special Limited Partner to the extent necessary to avoid violations of the “2%/25% Guidelines” as described in the Advisory Agreement.
