Corporate Image. The Sponsor shall consult with, and obtain the approval of TTL to use in any manner the name, logos and corporate image (including TTL Marks, any trademarks or domain names) of TTL, TfL or the Mayor of London, unless that use is covered by another agreement in place between the Sponsor and either TTL, TfL or the Mayor of London. TTL, TfL and the Mayor of London are to be referred to in all promotional literature to be published by the Sponsor in relation to the Sponsorship Rights in a format to be agreed between the parties. The Sponsor shall comply with the TfL design standards, the current version of which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/info-for/suppliers- and-contractors/design-standards.

Corporate Image. In order to increase PLEASURE visibility outside the consortium a corporate design has been implemented. The Corporate Design gives PLEASURE a strong and clear image. Corporate Design creates a strong connection to the overall project, by setting standards for dissemination -like general framework for prints and presentations and the use of the logo.
Corporate Image. Whenever, as a consequence of this agreement and in application of its provisions, one of the parties deems it necessary to make use of the UPC’s logos, it shall request the prior authorisation of the University through its Communication Service, specifying the format—whether print, electronic or any other medium—and the type of use requested. The authorisation, which must be granted in writing, must specify the use or uses for which it is granted, as well as the period covered, which must in no case exceed the term of this agreement. This notwithstanding, when the use of the logotypes and other identifying marks of the UPC is of a profit-making nature for the requesting entity, an appropriate brand licensing agreement must be entered into.

  • Corporate Compliance Program Maintain, and will cause each other Loan Party to maintain on its behalf, a corporate compliance program reasonably acceptable to Agent. Until the Obligations have been Paid in Full, Borrower will modify such corporate compliance program from time to time (and cause the other Loan Parties and Subsidiaries to modify their respective corporate compliance programs) as may be reasonable to attempt to ensure continuing compliance in all material respects with all material applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and requirements (including, in all applicable material respects, any material Health Care Laws). Borrower will permit Agent and/or any of its outside consultants to review such corporate compliance programs from time to time upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours of Borrower.

  • Corporate Documents The Administrative Agent shall have received:

  • Director of Human Resources The person designated by the County Administrator to serve as the Assistant County Administrator-Director of Human Resources.

  • Mitsui Iron Ore Corporation Pty Ltd. to vary the Iron Ore (Marillana Creek) Agreement;

  • Job Development Job development/placement is individualized and shall include weekly person-to-person job search assistance, assistance with identifying job leads, interview coaching and support, and maintaining a log of job search activities for the purposes of obtaining competitive integrated employment. By mutual consent of the consumer and the KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. , these services may be provided in-person or by Skype, FaceTime, or other online communication tools. Job development/placement may also include arranging job trials/job shadowing for individuals with a DORS Trial Work Experience Plan, assistance with completing applications, assistance with employer follow-up after interviews, use of personal employment networks in job search, and resume update. It would include time spent calling employers, visiting and educating employers and similar activities. Job development/placement shall not be paid for using supported employment funding and shall not include the Discovery process, which is pre-vocational in nature and may be completed prior to job development. Up to 60 hours for job search assistance, authorized in 20-hour increments, may be used for job development. Additional hours of job development may be requested and require written justification by KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. and approval of the DORS regional/program director. Authorizations for Job Development. DORS only pays for job development services which have been previously authorized by a DORS official. Job Development Reporting. The Employment Service Progress Form is expected to be submitted to DORS on a monthly basis per consumer. This form is available on the DORS website (xxx.xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx).

  • Faculty Selection, Supervision, and Evaluation A. Faculty for a dual credit course will be approved and employed by Hill College. The instructor must meet credential requirements of Hill College and minimum requirements as specified by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Each faculty member assigned to teach an academic course will have a master’s degree plus 18 hours in the specific discipline. Technical course instructors will have at least an associate degree and three years of work experience in the related business or industry.

  • Staff Development ‌ The County and the Association agree that the County retains full authority to determine training needs, resources that can be made available, and the method of payment for training authorized by the County. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude the right of an employee to request specific training.

  • GOVERNANCE AND REPORTING Measure 3a Is the school complying with governance requirements? Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to governance by its board, including but not limited to: • Governing board composition and membership requirements pursuant to Ch. 302D, HRS • Governing board policies • Governing board reporting requirements • Procurement policies • State Ethics Code (Ch. 84, HRS), including conflict of interest policy Measure 3b Is the school holding management accountable? Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to oversight of school management, including but not limited to: • (For Education Service Providers [ESPs]) maintaining authority over management, holding it accountable for performance as agreed under a written performance agreement and requiring annual financial reports of the ESP • (For Others) oversight of management that includes holding it accountable for performance expectations that may or may not be agreed to under a written performance agreement Measure 3c Is the school complying with data and reporting requirements? Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to relevant reporting requirements to the State Public Charter School Commission, State Department of Education as the State Education Agency (SEA) and sole Local Education Agency (LEA) and/or federal authorities, including but not limited to: • Compliance with minimum educational data reporting standards established by the BOE • Maintaining and reporting accurate enrollment and attendance data • Maintaining and reporting accurate personnel data • Annual reporting and immediate notice requirements • Additional information requested by the State Public Charter School Commission

  • Skills Development The Company acknowledges the changing pace of technology in the electrical contracting industry and the need for employees to understand those changes and have the necessary skill requirements to keep the Company at the forefront of the industry. The Parties to this Agreement recognise that in order to increase the efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of the Company, a commitment to training and skill development is required. Accordingly, the parties commit themselves to:

  • Implementation of Strategic Plan Goals This Agreement supports the County’s Strategic Plan, Goal 1, Operational Effectiveness/Fiscal Sustainability. This Agreement will provide revenue reimbursement to the Department for services rendered.
