Corporate Experience. Describe your corporate history and experience with specific emphasis on your experience in the field of books and library publications acquisition services, your experience in managing contracts similar to the FEDLINK program, and your experience in handling Government contracts.

Corporate Experience. The prospective offeror must demonstrate specific experience providing marine preservation and structural, mechanical, and electrical repairs of the complexity similar to or exceeding the scope identified in section 1.2 of the statement of work (SOW) to a like vessel as identified in section 1.1 of SOW, through a narrative of three (3) contracts within the last three (3) years. Offerors shall provide sufficient explanation that the experience provided demonstrates that the offeror has the necessary management, technical personnel, and material resources available to successfully complete marine vessel preservation services. Volume I
Corporate Experience. The prospective offeror must demonstrate specific experience providing marine preservation and structural, mechanical, and electrical repairs of the complexity similar to or exceeding the scope identified in section 1.2 of the statement of work (SOW) to a like vessel as identified in section 1.1 of SOW, through a narrative of three (3) contracts within the last three (3) years. Offerors shall provide sufficient explanation that the experience provided demonstrates that the offeror has the necessary management, technical personnel, and material resources available to successfully complete marine vessel preservation services. Offerors are required to provide Corporate Experience Data Sheets (Attachment J-7) on three (3) of the firm’s recently completed contracts or task orders (not to exceed three years older than the issuance date of the RFP) that demonstrate relevant work as outlined in subfactor 1.1 of Section M of the solicitation . Narratives provided on the data sheet must be clear, coherent, and prepared in sufficient detail for effective evaluation of the offeror’s proposal against sub-factor 1.1. Altered or substituted data sheets may not be evaluated. Any supporting documentation included should clearly substantiate claims and be verifiable. Offerors shall include complete contract numbers, to include specific delivery/task order numbers as applicable, within the narrative provided on the data sheet to allow for the verification of claims. However, copies of contracts referenced are not required as part of the proposal. If referencing non-government corporate experience contracts, offerors shall include an associated point of contact with the customer company that includes name, company title, phone number, and email to allow for government verification.

Corporate Experience, include a minimum of two contracts including a slight overview of the requirement along with point of contact (POC) and telephone number. Past experience with LAAS Support is preferred and shall provide additional value to the offeror’s proposal. However, substantial experience with other satellite navigation augmentation systems (ground or space based) may offset lack of LAAS experience. Corporate Experience. A. Past Performance/Experience The Government will assess the offeror's performance record in providing similar items to other customers during the past three (3) years. Furthermore, the Government will evaluate the offeror's experience by analyzing the number of years an offeror has performed in this capacity, the dollar value of sales, and the amount of items/orders received and processed in any week's time. This assessment will be based on the offeror's proposal, Government in-house records, if available, and information obtained from other sources, such as past and present customers, other Government agencies, and other organizations which may have useful information.
