CORPORATE BIDDERS. Corporate Bidders to be eligible to enter into Contract with the Owner shall be qualified to do business in the State of Colorado and the City of Montrose. Bidders shall comply with applicable licensing requirements. Foreign corporations which have not domesticated or otherwise become licensed in the City of Montrose shall obtain a permit to do business in Montrose pursuant to Montrose's requirements.
