Corporate Agency Office. The Warrant Agent will maintain an office (the “Corporate Agency Office”) in the United States of America, where Warrant Certificates may be surrendered for registration of Transfer or exchange in accordance with this Section 8 and where Warrant Certificates may be surrendered for exercise of Warrants evidenced thereby, which office is, as of the date of this Agreement, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Canton, MA 0202, Attention: Client Services. The Warrant Agent will give prompt written notice to all Warrantholders of any change in the location of such office.

Corporate Agency Office. The Warrant Agent will designate an office for the purposes hereunder (the “Corporate Agency Office”) in the United States of America, where Warrant Certificates may be surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange and written requests for transfer or exchange of Direct Registration Warrants may be delivered in accordance with this Section 8 and notices of exercise may be delivered and where Warrant Certificates may be surrendered for exercise of Warrants evidenced thereby.
