Core Times of Service. Street and Environmental Cleansing: Sufficient staff will work to carry out the services during the hours notified in the Service Plans. Staff work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday and all work in excess of these hours is worked on a voluntary overtime basis. Grounds and Parks’ Maintenance: Staff involved in these services generally work annualised hours to reflect the balance of work required during the different times of the year. This is as follows: March to October 28 weeks 41 hours per week October to December 8 weeks 38 hours per week December 2 weeks 32 hours per week December 1 week 12.5 hours per week January 1 week 8.5 hours per week January to March 12 weeks 38 hours per week Compensatory time off is allowed between January and March to balance hours at the end of the financial year. Bank Holidays: For the purposes of this agreement Bank Holidays include: New Year’s Day Easter Monday May Day Spring August Christmas Day (or a day given in lieu should it fall at the weekend) Boxing Day (or a day given in lieu should it fall at the weekend) Work, as required by the service schedules is carried out on these days by staff working voluntary overtime.

Core Times of Service. The domestic refuse collection and recycling service will normally operate Mondays to Friday between 0645 and 1500, except for operational reasons, such as inclement weather or vehicle breakdown. This will be altered by agreement at Bank Holidays, which for the purposes of this agreement include: New Year’s Day Easter Monday May Day Spring August Christmas Day (or a day given in lieu should it fall at the weekend) Boxing Day (or a day given in lieu should it fall at the weekend) With the exception of Christmas and New Year, all collections will slip by one day, following the Bank Holiday, with collections being caught up by the Saturday of the same week. The arrangements for Christmas and New Year are under review and options for the future will be decided by Members before Christmas 2004. Other services, such as amenity skips will be scheduled to fit in with the request of the group that makes the original request.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Levels of Service There are three (3) levels of service available. The Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) determines the level of service needed, with input from the Customer and the Contractor. The level of service is based on the nature and extent of Job Retention activities the Contractor is expected to provide to enable the Customer to learn essential job functions and retain their job for ninety (90) continuous calendar days after Job Retention services are authorized and started.

  • Terms of Service In a Cloud environment, Red Hat’s Software Subscriptions may provide you with access to the Software and associated maintenance (updates, upgrades, corrections, security advisories and bug fixes), if and when available, in the form of software images intended to be deployed as virtual instances. Payments to Red Hat for Software Subscriptions do not include any fees that may be due to the Vendor for the Vendor’s Cloud services. Red Hat is not a party to your agreement with the Vendor and is not responsible for providing access to the Vendor’s Cloud or any other obligations of the Vendor under such agreement. The Vendor is solely responsible and liable for the Vendor’s Cloud. You may use the Services only for your own internal use within the Vendor’s Cloud. Use of the Software Subscription other than as set forth herein, including either access to the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor Cloud will be subject to additional fees as set forth in Section 5 below.

  • Time of Service A notice or other communication is deemed served:

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Consultant pursuant to Section 14.

  • Years of Service (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.
