Once RCRC received the referral, we will mail the applicant a RCRC intake inquiry packet. Upon receipt of the fully completed intake packet, an intake representative will reach out to the applicant to either obtain more information or schedule the initial intake interview. Parents, guardians, and conservators, or an adult with a developmental disability may initiate the application process. A professional, such as a pediatrician/medical doctor, or other interested parties may also do so, but only with permission from the individual or family. The entire intake process, once initial intake interview is scheduled, could take up to 120 days.
