Core Package. Payroll and HR Transactions Management The package includes the following features and processes: Access Access to the Human Resources Service Desk by phone or email to address first line payroll queries Regular updates on national and local issues that will impact on customers. Examples include: Auto Enrolment; HMRC Real Time initiative; advice on salary deductions during Industrial Action Regular updates in person at Support Services forums Access to use the XXXX to SAP export facility. This facility is dependent at the current time for both the Payroll and XXXX Support Services being purchased from Harrow Council. Advice and best practice on payroll legislation Joining Issue contracts of employment; check salary details of new starters and set up on the payroll system; provision of information to third parties (e.g. Finance Companies, Mortgage Companies) Advice on migrant worker employment and sponsorship; provision of migrant worker certificates as appropriate Ensure Disclosure and Barring Service Checks (DBS) are in place. Working Administration of all variations to employment including variations to hours and working patterns; claims based workers; instant access to teachers salary data; Advice on Statutory and Occupational Maternity, Maternity Support and Adoption Pay - direct to employees and to a school. Core Package. “Core Package” means the educational services offered by WCER under the name WIDA Consortium to WIDA Consortium Members, namely: technical assistance and professional development associated with implementing the WIDA English Language Proficiency Standards for English Language Learners in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12; the printing, distributing, scoring and reporting of the ACCESS for XXXx English language test; the WIDA ACCESS Placement Test (W-APT), and technical assistance and professional development associated with administering and interpreting the ACCESS for XXXx English language test and test results. WIDA Consortium Members all receive the same Core Package of educational services. Individual member States may contract with WCER to obtain enhancements to the Core Package for additional charges.

  • TERM OF MEMORANDUM An employee who has properly withdrawn membership as provided herein shall not be subject to the provisions of this section.

  • Construction Document Phase 1.4.1 Based on the approved Design Development Documents, Guaranteed Maximum Price, coordinated models and any further adjustments in the scope or quality of the Project or in the Amount Available for the Construction Contract authorized by the Owner, the Architect/Engineer shall prepare, for approval by the Owner and review by the Construction Manager, Construction Documents consisting of Drawings, Schedules and Specifications derived from the model(s) in accordance with Owner’s written requirements setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of the Project, including, without limitation, the BIM Execution Plan and “Facility Design Guidelines”. The Plans, Drawings and Specifications for the entire Project shall be so prepared that same will call for the construction of the building and related facilities, together with its built-in permanent fixtures and equipment which will cost not more than the Guaranteed Maximum Price accepted by Owner, or the Amount Available for the Construction Contract established by Owner if no Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal has been accepted by Owner. The Architect/Engineer will be responsible for managing the design to stay within such Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal or Amount Available for the Construction Contract. The Architect/Engineer shall review the Construction Documents as they are being prepared at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Project with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. The Architect/Engineer shall utilize the model(s) to support the review process during Construction Documents. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the Construction Manager with a compact disc containing documents and data files derived from the model to assist the Construction Manager in fulfilling its responsibilities to the Owner.
