Copy One Generation. 3.5.1 Licensed Products may make a copy of Controlled Content that is designated in the EMI as permissible to be copied for one generation (“Copy One Generation”), as provided in Section 3.2 or provided that the copy is scrambled or is otherwise made secure using one or more of the following methods, such that no further usable copies may be made thereof, or they may treat such Controlled Content as "Copy Never":
Copy One Generation. 3.5.1 Copy. Host Devices may make a copy of Controlled Content that is designated in the EMI bits as permissible to be copied for one generation (“Copy One Generation”), as provided in section 3.2 or the first sentence of 3.4.1 or provided that the copy (a) is scrambled, encrypted or uniquely bound to that device, in each case using a form of copy protection that is identified by an amendment to this section 3.5, if any, and (b) is remarked as not to be further copied (“copy no more”) in a manner that is set forth in section 3.5 or 3.6, and will be effective to prevent such further copies being made by devices capable of receiving a transmission of such remarked data through the outputs identified in sections 2.4 or 3.5.3. In the absence of either such amendment to this section 3.5, no copy of such Controlled Content other than as permitted in sections 3.2, the first sentence of 3.4.1, or 3.6, may be made.

  • Synchronous Generation The Interconnection Customer shall design its Small Generating Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at the Point of Interconnection at a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, unless the NYISO or the Transmission Owner in whose Transmission District the Small Generating Facility interconnects has established different requirements that apply to all similarly situated generators in the New York Control Area or Transmission District (as applicable) on a comparable basis, in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
