This is considered informational only and in no way limits the University from requiring employees to put in additional hours for any business purpose. Additionally, when an operating unit has regular, predictable periods when non-emergency leave cannot be granted, these should also be noted on the employee’s job description. Within thirty (30) days of any change in supervisor, the employee and supervisor will meet and discuss the supervisor’s expectations of the employee. No change to an employee’s job description shall occur without providing written notice to the incumbent employee.
