Copper Network. Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.2, VERIZON shall provide line sharing to SPRINT utilizing an all-copper pair between an end-user customer demarcation location and the main distribution frame in VERIZON’s serving wire center that is jumpered and cross-connected to a SPRINT collocation arrangement located in said serving wire center. At the serving wire center, VERIZON shall connect the line to a SPRINT tie cable via a VERIZON-provided jumper; provided, however, that SPRINT must first have obtained said tie cable from VERIZON to connect to SPRINT’s collocation arrangement.

Copper Network. Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.2, GTE shall provide line sharing to New Edge Networks utilizing an all-copper pair between an end- user customer demarcation location and the main distribution frame in GTE’s serving wire center that is jumpered and cross-connected to a New Edge Networks collocation arrangement located in said serving wire center. At the serving wire center, GTE shall connect the line to a New Edge Networks tie cable via a GTE-provided jumper; provided, however, that New Edge Networks must first have obtained said tie cable from GTE to connect to New Edge Networks’s collocation arrangement.

At the serving wire center, GTE shall connect the line to a DSLnet tie cable via a GTE-provided jumper; provided, however, that DSLnet must first have obtained said tie cable from GTE to connect to DSLnet’s collocation arrangement.
Copper Network. Except as otherwise provided in Section 6.7.2, CenturyTel shall provide line sharing to RACC utilizing an all-copper pair between an end-user customer demarcation location and the main distribution frame in CenturyTel’s serving wire center that is jumpered and cross-connected to a RACC collocation arrangement located in said serving wire center. At the serving wire center, CenturyTel shall connect the line to a RACC tie cable via a CenturyTel-provided jumper; provided, however, that RACC must first have obtained said tie cable from CenturyTel to connect to RACC’s collocation arrangement.

At the serving wire center, CenturyTel shall connect the line to a Bayland tie cable via a CenturyTel-provided jumper; provided, however, that Bayland must first have obtained said tie cable from CenturyTel to connect to Bayland’s collocation arrangement.

At the serving wire center, Tel USA shall connect the line to a Lakeland tie cable via a Tel USA-provided jumper; provided, however, that Lakeland must first have obtained said tie cable from Tel USA to connect to Lakeland’s collocation arrangement.

VERIZON shall provide line sharing to SPRINT over Digital Loop Carrier (“DLC”) to the extent required pursuant to Applicable Law, including the orders rendered in the Interim Arbitration, Line Sharing Phase of the OANAD proceeding, and without waiving any rights to challenge any such requirement. Fiber-fed DLC consists of an all-copper pair from the end-user customer demarcation location to a remote terminal (i.e., controlled environmental vault, fiber hut, cabinet or other structure with fiber-fed DLC equipment installed).

At the serving wire center, CTC shall connect the line to a Community Internet Systems, Inc. tie cable via a CTC-provided jumper; provided, however, that Community Internet Systems, Inc. must first have obtained said tie cable from CTC to connect to Community Internet Systems, Inc.’s collocation arrangement.

At the serving wire center, GTE shall connect the line to a NorthPoint tie cable via a GTE-provided jumper; provided, however, that NorthPoint must first have obtained said tie cable from GTE to connect to NorthPoint’s collocation arrangement.
