Common use of Copies of Clause in Contracts

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Ship; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing ShipRelevant Owner; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing the Relevant Ship; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Ship; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing the Relevant Ship; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation or, if not yet issued, the application in respect thereof, in respect of each Existing Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Borrower owning that Ship; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Initial Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Initial Ship; and;

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Identified Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing ShipSeaventure; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation and the ISSC in respect of each Existing Additional Ship and “OMICRON” and the applicable relevant Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Shiprelevant Owner; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation and the ISSC in respect of each Existing Collateral Ship and the applicable relevant Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Shiprelevant Owner; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Ship; and;

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Primary Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing ShipPrimary Owner; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation or, if not yet issued, the application in respect thereof, in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing ShipRelevant Owner; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation and the ISSC in respect of each Existing the Relevant Ship and the applicable relevant Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing ShipRelevant Owner; and

Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Relevant Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing ShipRelevant Owner; and

(a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing the Replacement Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing ShipXxxx; and
