The Company will furnish to the Agents and to counsel for the Agents as many copies of the Prospectus or the Statutory Prospectus (as amended or supplemented) (other than an amendment or supplement which relates exclusively to an offering of debt securities under the Registration Statement other than the Notes) as the Agents shall reasonably request so long as the Agent is (or, but for the exemption in Rule 172, would be) required to deliver the Prospectus or Statutory Prospectus in connection with sales or solicitations of offers to purchase the Notes.
