Common use of Copies of the Prospectus Clause in Contracts

Copies of the Prospectus. The Company will deliver to each Underwriter, from time to time before the Registration Statement becomes effective, such number of copies of the preliminary prospectus as originally filed, relating to the Underwritten Debt Securities, and of any amended preliminary prospectus, and will deliver, as soon as the Registration Statement becomes effective and thereafter from time to time during the period when the Prospectus is required to be delivered under the 1933 Act, such number of copies of the Prospectus (as amended or supplemented), as such Underwriter may reasonably request for the purposes contemplated by the 1933 Act or the 1933 Regulations.
